Sorry for the delay in response. We have been out of town and are just getting back in the swing of things. We are at Deluxe Bakery every Saturday from 9-noon. We sell eggs, chicken, stew hens and chicken feet. You can also email us at saltforkfarms@gmail.com and place an order any time. We usually ask that you come to the farm to pick items up, but if Eric is running errands in town he may be willing to make a delivery.

He goes to our church and is wanting to start chickens and maybe some dairy too. He tried ducks but had some problems with the proper time to pluck them. Milo got a haircut!!! I’m probably out of the loop, but I didn’t know and he looks SO cut. I just love that little boy and can’t wait to see him (and you) next week.

Yes, I eat spinach for breakfast often. Love it under eggs or with a scoop of cottage cheese and a hard boiled egg. Or a green smoothie. Wish I could step into my greenhouse for some :)
