We are at the peak for most main crop produce. Although tomatoes, peppers, okra are behind, they have started to come in and we are now getting eggplant in good numbers. Squash, cucumbers, beans are still going strong and we have broccoli, fennel, beets, carrots, kale, garlic, onions, potatoes, and carrots this week. Also, herbs, basil, flowers, and some torpedo onions. We’ve started to plant fall crops this week, so we will have carrots, winter squash, pumpkins, parsnips, greens, lettuce, broccoli, cabbages, daikon, radishes, turnips, cilantro and beets in the near future. We are trying a new yard long bean this year and we will have edamame too. See you at market!
